Return/Exchange Portal


We're sorry your DudeRobe gear’s not perfect…whether it’s a return or an exchange.  

If it’s an exchange, we’re here to help get it right for you in the most hassle-free way. 

If it’s for a refund, just know that we appreciate you trying us out.


Please note that you've got 30 days from the day you receive your DudeRobe gear to send it back to us.


HOLIDAY PURCHASES: 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES EXTENDED UNTIL JANUARY 15, 2024!


Here's the low-down:


  • Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Your items must be like new, in other words, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and show NO SIGN OF WEAR OR USE (that includes pet hair, man). Of course, you should try on your DudeRobe gear, but if you're not digging the fit, feel, or anything else, now's the time to exchange or return it. We're all about you being happy!


  • Inspection Process: All exchanges and returns will be checked once they hit our fulfillment center. We'll issue an exchange or refund after making sure they're still like new.


  • Refund and Exchange Process: For exchanges or returns that fit our Return Policy, exchanges will be sent your way once we get them at our fulfillment center, and for returns, refunds will be automatically issued back to your original form of payment (minus shipping costs). Then it’s up to your bank to credit your account (each bank has its own timeframe, but expect 2-7 days).


  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Now, let's get you started with your return or exchange…


  1. Packaging: Please place the products neatly back in the original DudeRobe polybag if possible, and include the original packing slip or just print out your order confirmation. 
  2. Access the Exchange/Return Portal: Click here to access our Exchange/Return portal. You'll need your DudeRobe order number and the zip code from the order.
  3. Selection: In the Exchange/Return portal, choose the items from your order that you want to exchange or return.
  4. Shipping Label: Print out the shipping label through our Exchange/Return Portal and stick it on your package. Please note that using our returns portal for return shipping makes it cheaper for you than if you shipped on your own…and easier for us to track.  


For customers outside the continental US, you're in charge of return shipping costs. Once you ship it back, please give our customer service a heads-up along with the tracking number so we can stay on top of your return. Exchanges are not available for orders placed outside of the United States.
