Return/Exchange Portal

We're sorry you're facing an issue…whether it’s a return or an exchange.  If it’s a full return, just know that we appreciate you trying us out. And if it’s an exchange, we’re here to help get it right for you. So, let's get you sorted out in the most hassle-free way. 

You have until January 15, 2024, to return or exchange holiday purchases.

Here's the low-down:

- Conditions for Returns and Exchanges: Your items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and show NO SIGN OF WEAR OR USE (that includes pet hair, man). We want you to try on your DudeRobe gear, but if you're not digging the fit, feel, or anything else, now's the time to exchange or return it. We're all about you being happy!

- Inspection Process: All exchanges and returns will be checked once they hit our fulfillment center. We'll issue an exchange or refund after making sure they're still like new.

- Refund and Exchange Process: For exchanges or returns that fit our Return Policy, exchanges will be sent your way once we get them at our fulfillment center, and for returns, refunds will be issued (minus shipping costs) within 5 business days after we receive your return back to your original form of payment.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, just so you know. 

Now, let's get you started with your return or exchange…

1) Packaging: Please place the products neatly back in the original DudeRobe polybag if possible, and include the original packing slip or just print out your order confirmation. 

2) Access the Exchange/Return Portal: Click here to access our Exchange/Return portal. You'll need your DudeRobe order number and the zip code from the order.

3) Selection: In the Exchange/Return portal, choose the items from your order that you want to exchange or return.

4) Shipping Label: Print out the shipping label through our Exchange/Return Portal and stick it on your package. Please note that using our returns portal for return shipping makes it cheaper for you and easier for us to track.  

For customers outside the continental US, you're in charge of return and exchange shipping costs. Once you ship it back, please give our customer service a heads-up along with the tracking number so we can stay on top of your return/exchange.

What’s your holiday return & exchange policy? 

Order Ready Time

It typically takes our fulfillment center up to one business day to prep and ship your order. 

Shipping Time(US)

Once it leaves our fulfillment center, it’s in the hands of one of the major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL).  Depending on where you live, it should be at your doorstep within 1-7 business days... depending on how far you're located from our fulfillment center in Central PA. If you’re in NY, NJ, Maryland, Pennsylvania or Ohio, you may have it as soon as 1 day…but the further south and west you go, the longer it takes.  

International Shipping (Canada & UK ONLY)

If you're one of the growing legion of international dudes looking to rock our gear, it’s harder for us to know the timing.  It’s typically a 5-7 day journey…but we certainly can’t control what happens at customs. 

Just know that we’re exploring options to make this as seamless as possible for all you international dudes of mystery. 

Need it Fast?

Picked expedited shipping? No worries, prep time is still up to 1 business day, but it will just arrive at your doorstep in 2 business days.  However, please keep in mind that expedited shipping does not deliver on the weekends, so please keep in mind that these are business days we’re talking about.  

Tracking your Gear 

Hey, we get it, sometimes the shipping process can throw a curveball, and we're not the ones calling the shots. Couriers do their thing, and it can be a little unpredictable.

You can always keep tabs on your order with the tracking number or reach out to the courier for updates. We're here to help, but remember, sometimes things can go wrong. They may deliver it to the wrong house or apartment or they may even lose the shipment, but don’t worry, we’re here to help you get it no matter what happens

Free shipping on orders $150+ (after discounts are applied) only in the contiguous US.

Order Ready Time:
